To process your orders and WhatsApp checkout requests, we capture only essential delivery information:

  • Contact Details: Full Name and WhatsApp Mobile Number.
  • Shipping Information: Physical Shipping Address, City, State, PIN Code, and Landmark.
  • Order Metadata: Cart items, total bill, and manual UPI transaction references.
Security Note: We DO NOT collect, store, or process Credit/Debit Card numbers, CVVs, or Net Banking credentials on our website.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is processed strictly for fulfilling inline skating accessory dispatches across India via courier partners like Shiprocket:

  • Generating formatted WhatsApp order payloads for payment verification.
  • Dispatching physical products to your domestic address.
  • Communicating shipping status and AWB courier tracking codes.

4. Data Storage & Security

All database transactions are securely executed through Supabase infrastructure configured with strict Row Level Security (RLS) policies. Access to customer shipping addresses is limited exclusively to authorized Skate Go dispatch administrators.
