Legal terms governing equipment purchases and customer protocols at Skate Go.

1. Scope of Categories

Skate Go is an exclusive specialist retailer for Inline Skating Accessories ONLY (including high-rebound wheels, precision bearings, CNC frames, axles, protective gear, and maintenance kits). We do not deal in skateboards, bicycles, or general footwear.

2. Order & Payment Protocols

Orders are verified and confirmed manually via WhatsApp routing:

Orders placed through checkout generate a formatted order draft forwarded to our Official WhatsApp support line.
Payments are executed manually via UPI transfer against the official QR/UPI ID provided by our lab admin.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a non-refundable 60% advance payment via UPI is strictly required prior to parcel dispatch.

3. Safety & Equipment Disclaimer

Inline skating is a high-speed athletic discipline. Buyers assume full responsibility for inspecting hardware prior to session use, verifying correct axle thread-locking, wearing certified protective gear, and maintaining equipment integrity.
