REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Clear guidelines on inspection, unboxing video requirements, and refund execution.

1. Strict Return Conditions

Due to the precision engineering nature of inline skating hardware (bearings, high-rebound wheels, CNC aluminum frames, axles), returns are processed exclusively under strict verification guidelines to prevent compromised equipment resale.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Requirements

CRITICAL REQUIREMENT: A single, unedited, continuous Unboxing Video clearly displaying the sealed outer package, shipping label, and physical damage/defect is MANDATORY for all return requests.
  • Timeline: Return claims must be initiated within 5 days of parcel delivery.
  • Condition: Products must remain unused, unmounted, and preserved in original Skate Go packaging.
  • Reverse Logistics: The buyer is responsible for reverse shipping fees back to our warehouse facility.

3. Advance COD Order Policy

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require a mandatory 60% advance payment via UPI prior to warehouse dispatch. If a buyer rejects the delivery at their doorstep, the advance amount is non-refundable to offset non-recoverable outgoing and return logistics costs.

4. Refund Timeline

Once your returned item arrives at our inspection center and passes verification:

  • Technical inspection takes 24–48 hours upon parcel arrival.
  • Approved refunds are issued back to the buyer's nominated UPI ID within 6 business days.
